Spectre was recommended to us by another School in the area for their excellent aftercare, our access and CCTV system had been installed by another company who would not respond to our service requests, Spectre got our systems working again and we have since used their services to add on to our now fully functioning system. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Primary School

Spectre installed a computer based door access and CCTV system to cover our main entrance, student entrance, ALC and staff entrance along with controls for our electric gates to the staff car park, we used to have people wandering around the site unchecked as our School occupies a large site we found it difficult to manage access. The system is very tough and resilient; in fact vandals have tried several times to break the keyfob readers without success! The system has worked faultlessly since it was installed and our staff find the operation of the system to be very easy. Reports have been very useful to check attendance and intruders have been kept out of School since. We are looking into expanding the system to incorporate further rooms and areas.

Academy

We have used Spectre UK's services for over 15 years for our CCTV systems, we have had numerous upgrades over the years and have always been extremely happy with their service and support, they respond quickly to any maintenance or new installation requirements and have trained new staff in the use of the system without cost when it has been needed.

High School

Spectre UK Ltd designed and implemented a sophisticated Rapid Deployment CCTV system in the All Saints and Blakenhall (ABCD) area of Wolverhampton. This has involved high level negotiations within the City to locate repeater equipment on the roofs of other businesses which has improved the line of vision and quality of recordings that we get. Throughout the implementation phase communications with Spectre has been regular and to a high standard, work carried out with minimum disruption to our daily work. We have a 3 year maintenance agreement with Spectre and they have always responded with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. No job is too small or too big for them; they have the skill to make us feel that we are their number one client. Spectre have also been successful in securing work under the City Council Business Security Grant Scheme and the businesses that have benefited from this in our area commend their work and like us have no hesitation in recommending them for work.

We were recommended by another School to use Spectre after we had trouble with our gates, Spectre changed our gate controls and advised us to upgrade the gate safety as it was not up to current legislation.Their engineers were always friendly and punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. We have a service contract with Spectre now and they look after our gates for us.
